Security patches in the recent version 5.8.0.467

The update to NetMan 5.8.0.467 is a service release that contains important security fixes. It is highly recommended that you install the update asap.

The update addresses security vulnerabilities in the Apache web service that make it possible to attack the system (for further information from the Federal Office for Information Security, see here). The following CVE (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) are affected:

CVE-2023-38709, CVE-2024-36387, CVE-2024-38472, CVE-2024-38473, CVE-2024-38474, CVE-2024-38475, CVE-2024-38476, CVE-2024-38477, CVE-2024-39573

NetMan 5.8.0.467 updates the following core component of the NetMan server: Apache version 2.4.60 with the Open SSL library 3.1.6

There are no other changes in this version.

Please note that the NetMan Client does not necessarily have to be updated after the server update.
